I am a family mediator: I am both a divorce mediator and an elder mediator.
As a divorce or marital mediator, I mediate divorces, legal separations, domestic partnerships, post-nuptials, and pre-nuptials.
As an elder mediator, I mediate disputes between and among adult siblings and other family members helping elders make decisions concerning housing, medical, financial, and end-of-life issues.
Why do people choose mediation? Here are some of the biggest benefits of mediation:
